Role Overview
Are you an experienced training and competency manager with a passion for developing a highly skilled workforce? Are you hard-working and flexible?
We are looking for an ETCS Training and Competency Manager to join the ETCS team at DCRail.
This role involves designing, delivering, and validating training programs to meet the highest standards of engagement and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Develop and validate training syllabi in line with industry standards.
- Oversee the assessment and tracking of workforce competencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and industry-specific regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and licensing bodies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the training and competency framework.
