The Caledonian Sleeper has unveiled its first-ever online gift shop, giving guests and fans of the iconic overnight train the chance to own official merchandise – with a special ‘golden ticket’ surprise for a few lucky passengers.
Launched in partnership with Glasgow-based ORB Group, the online store goes live on Thursday 3 April at www.sleepersouvenirs.scot, and features a variety of exclusive items inspired by the train’s unique identity and celebrated Scottish heritage.
To celebrate the launch, ten lucky guests travelling on the night of 4 April will find a golden ticket tucked into their room or seat. Each winning ticket entitles the holder to a special gift package featuring a curated selection from the new range.
From Keepsakes to Collectibles
The collection includes:
- Custom keyrings featuring the Caledonian Sleeper stag emblem
- Tartan dog collars and leads
- Branded travel mugs, pens and washbags
- Vintage-style railway posters featuring six Sleeper destinations
- Lambswool scarves, whisky glasses and blankets
- Plush soft toys, including a cuddly stag and locomotive – with £1 from each soft toy going to Railway Children, a charity supporting vulnerable young people on the rail network.
Many items proudly showcase Caledonian Sleeper’s custom tartan, which tells the story of the train’s journey. Grey for Aberdeen’s granite heritage, pale blue for Inverness and its waterways, deep purple for Edinburgh’s royal links, and red and white threads representing London’s St George’s Cross.
